This article is about Senator Reid and how he wants to debate the right for gays to fight in the war. I don't know if it is a good idea or a bad idea, because he has its pros and cons. Gays can distract other sodldiers because they aren't comfortable around them. This could could kill many soldiers, but I think that gays should be treated just as fairly as straights. everyone should be equal and if they aren't allowed to fight in the war there is a big problem.This demonstrates Article I, Section 8, this is the powers of congress. "To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces", this article can be passed because the Legislative Brach has the right to make rules for land and naval forces.
